Find AD Accounts that Do Not Require a Password

In this tutorial, you will learn how to find Active Directory user accounts that do not require a password.

When an account is configured with Password Not Required it means the user can set a blank password. This is a huge risk and you should identify these accounts and take action on them.

Step 1. Click on Reports > Security

Step 2. Select Password Not Required and click Run.

In the above screenshot, you can see I have 3 accounts that have Password Not Required set to True. Some built-in accounts have this set and may not be required to change.

To export the report click on the export button.
