Active Directory User Reports
Description
Section titled “Description”The AD Pro Toolkit includes a collection of pre-built user reports designed to analyze, audit, and report on user account information throughout your AD environment. It provides administrators with clear, actionable insights into account configuration, security posture, and organizational structure.
With the ability to query and display key user attributes—such as group membership, logon details, account status, home directories, managers, and protection settings—the tool simplifies routine audits, compliance checks, and troubleshooting tasks.
How to Run User Reports
Section titled “How to Run User Reports”- Click Reports > User Reports
- Select a report and click the run button.

Section titled “List of User Reports”Below is a list of user reports included in the AD Pro Toolkit.

| All Contacts | List all contacts |
| All Users | List of all users in your domain |
| Count of users in each OU | List the number of users in each OU |
| Count of users in the domain | List the total number of users in the domain |
| Created Users | List users created in the last ‘x’ days |
| Deleted Users | List of all deleted user accounts |
| Dial-in Allowed | Users with “Allow access” set dial in permissions |
| Dial-in Not Allowed | Users with “Deny access” set dial in permissions |
| Disabled Users | List all disabled user accounts |
| Enabled Users | List all enabled user accounts |
| Expire Never Accounts | List of users set to never expire |
| Expired Recently Accounts | Accounts that got expired in the past ‘x’ days |
| Expiring Soon Accounts | Accounts that will expire in the next ‘x’ days |
| Home Folder Enabled | Users with home folder configured |
| Home Folder Not Enabled | Users not configured with home folder |
| Locked Users | List all currently locked users |
| Logon Script Enabled | Users configured with a logon script |
| Logon Script Not Enabled | Users not configured with a logon script |
| Manager Enabled | List of users with a manager assigned |
| Manager Not Enabled | List of users without a manager assigned |
| Modified Users | List users modified in the last ‘x’ days |
| Protected from accidental deletion Enabled | Users protected from accidental deletion |
| Protected from accidental deletion Not Enabled | Users not protected from accidental deletion |
| Single user Details | List all information for a single user |
| Thumbnail Enabled | Users with thumbnail configured |
| Thumbnail Not Enabled | Users not configued with a thumbnail |
| User Group Membership | List of groups a user is a member of |
| User Group Membership (Single Line) | List of groups a user is a member of in single row |
| User SIDS | List the SID for all or select users |
| UserAccountControl is not 512 (normal users) | List all account that are not 512 |
| UserAccountControl value for all users | List the UserAccountControl value for all or select users |
